Final installment of a 3-year grant to support a project adapting and implementing a proven behavioral intervention for dementia caregivers in Tribal communities. Goals include reaching families affected by Alzheimer’s in 50 Tribal communities, and bringing together the detailed work-plan and stakeholder commitments necessary to continue the spread and sustainability of the program throughout Tribal communities.
